We offer a range of services including 1:1 coaching and mentoring, group coaching and mentoring, live and virtual Huna trainings, and spiritual direction.

We have three 1:1 coaching programmes:

• 3 month Breakthrough programme
• 12 month Transformational Leadership Coaching programme
• 3 month Career Coaching programme

I also offer ad hoc coaching and mentoring.

Huna trainings are both live and virtual.

• 1 day Introduction to Huna
• 2-day Introduction to Huna
• 5-day (7 days if virtual) Huna Intensive Retreat

Our flagship Release and Reclaim programme is an 8 week programme for women who want to harness their inner leader.
